Who we are

Lakewood Ranch Med Spa ("we", "us") operates this website. Our practice is located at 6320 Venture Dr Suite 105, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. You can reach us on (941) 358-8222 or at tpilz824@gmail.com.

This policy covers the website only. Information you share during an in-person visit, and any clinical records created as part of your treatment, are handled separately under our in-office privacy practices.

What this website collects

• Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the treatment you are interested in (optional), and whatever you write in the message box. We also record that you ticked the consent box, the exact wording shown to you at the time, and the date and time of submission.
• Mailing list. Your email address and the consent wording shown when you joined.
• Concierge chat. The messages you type. If you use the "prefer we reach you" form inside the chat, we also collect the name and contact details you provide there.

We ask that you do not include medical, health or diagnostic details in the contact form or in chat. Those conversations belong in a private consultation, not in a website form.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a consultation or appointment, and, if you joined the mailing list, to send occasional news about treatments and openings. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Third parties involved

• Our hosting and database provider stores form submissions on our behalf. Submissions are not publicly readable and are only accessible to us.
• An AI provider powers the concierge chat. Messages you type in the chat window are sent to that provider so a reply can be generated. Please do not enter sensitive personal or health information there.
• Our email provider delivers a notification to us when you submit a form.
• Google. Every page loads fonts from Google Fonts and displays an embedded Google Map of our location. Loading these means your browser contacts Google's servers, and Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information. This happens on every page of the site.
• Fresha. Our booking buttons take you to Fresha, an outside booking platform with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is handled by Fresha.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you. Mailing list entries are kept until you ask to be removed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information this website holds about you, or to be taken off the mailing list, by emailing tpilz824@gmail.com or calling (941) 358-8222. We will action reasonable requests promptly.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms of use.
